The traditional LTeam Winter Festival starts tomorrow. Although this year the winter sports festival for the whole family will be held virtually, there will certainly be ample activities for the participants – everyone will be able to play sports both outdoors and at home.
The athletes, friends and partners of the LTeam Olympic team have prepared 14 different virtual training sessions specially for the festival, which will be available on the LNOC & LTeam Youtube account since 17 February 2021 morning.
Everyone willing will have the possibility to do sports free of charge together with LTeam athletes: discus thrower Ieva Zarankaitė, cyclist Olivija Baleišytė, rower Viktoria Senkutė or canoeing athlete Ričardas Nekriošius, as well as with the Impuls coach Jekaterina Komisarova, yoga instructor Lina Jurevičiūtė, professional golf player Juozapas Budrikis, former track and field athlete Rūta Daukšienė who has now become a personal trainer, TV broadcasts presenter Dalia Belickaitė, Rūta Pakštaitė from Western Union Lietuva, ERGO employee Violeta Lukšienė, Lrytas.lt sports journalist Laurynas Ribakas and TV3.lt sports section editor and personal trainer Mažvydas Laurinaitis.

The young participants of the festival will also be encouraged to spend their leisure time actively ‒ as many as 8 mascots have prepared joint exercises for them: the Oak, the Fox, the Crawfish, Dragas, Snygius, SKAy, Tsmokis and Mr. Volik.
Anyone willing to play sports in fresh air will be able to choose the most appealing sport for them – jogging, cycling, skating, skiing, Alpine skiing or snowboarding. In order for the participants to do this safely and correctly, the organisers of the event urge them to comply with safety and quarantine requirements set by the Government and invite them to listen to the advice of professional athletes.
Every participant of the festival who holds a sports training session on 17‒21 February will be awarded with a prize from the collection of LTeam paraphernalia – a scarf or warm headphones.
It is extremely simple to participate in the virtual LTeam Winter Festival. Share a workout moment captured in a photo or video on social networks with the hashtag #ŽiemosFestivalis2021. By the way, there is an additional condition: the word “LTeam” must appear in the video. The prizes can be collected at the Eurovaistinė pharmacy of your choice. Those willing to receive gifts will have to fill out a special registration form which will be available on the LTOK.lt website.
Moreover, during the festival, there will be a contest of the most creative photo on LTeam’s Facebook account – the authors of the photographs which will receive the largest number of likes will be awarded a prize from the Tokyo Olympic collection.
